We’re currently seeking candidates to inspect property damage in the following locations: San Antonio, TX; Tampa, FL; Baltimore, MD; Boston, MA; and Metro NY. These positions will pay $30.00/hour or a flat rate fee percentage depending on duration & complexity. Payroll is done on a weekly basis. This person will travel to the loss location and conduct an inspection through scope and photo documentation. This could involve crawling under houses, climbing on ladders, and providing a narrative of the damage. Adjuster License preferred but not required. Additional information: – Travel to loss locations to conduct a thorough inspection – Take statements from insureds and witnesses – Obtain and assess physical evidence, reports, public documentation, photographs, and other information within a legal manner – Familiarity with Xactware, Fast Field Form, or other reporting/estimating software
