Industry Relations
We engage those regulatory agencies (HUD, VA, Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac) that govern the mortgage servicing industry via our Government/Industry Liaison Committee. This committee is the NAMFS voice to identify issues and offer information on topics important to all field service providers. They are responsible for representing the memberships' interest and promoting the professional image of our association.

Networking Opportunities
Members interested in building or growing their business can network online and at our annual conference and other events. Members can meet national, regional or even local field service companies at these events. Whether a member is large or small, contact information is available via the membership roster. Members can also post requests for services via the "Help Wanted" and "Looking for Opportunities" member only forums.

Training, Certification, Education
NAMFS has created training guides for our members that outline best practices when performing lock changes, winterization, boarding, securing and inspections. Our Education Committee continues to build additional guides for services in accordance with industry needs.
