Simply put, no.

90% of the invoices are paid in full but the larger invoices keep getting chiseled and requires frustrating back and forth to get paid.

From Corelogic, 60k for 2010
From Cyprexx, 20k for 2010
From Safeguard, 0 but not without a long process.
From the others, 0.

Of the invoices that we have not been paid in full for, it seems that most of the trouble stems from lacking enough photos to prove that the work has been completed or not enough photos to show the quality of workmanship. We have had vendors in the past who have refused to provide the photos they agreed to provide to us and our clients; we were unable to pay them without the correct photos and gave ample time for the vendor to make it right.

ZVN Properties refuses to pay an admittedly legitimate bill for services performed.

I am immediately beginning collection action against ZVN Properties and their client.

My only question is for NAMFS...

What is your corporate ethics Policy?

Do you support clients with low ethical business practices or do you stand by your stated standards of ethical business practices?

Does a breach of your standards of ethics influence your continues acceptance of a client's membership?

Is the posture of your organization mere "window dressing" or is your corporate perception more important than membership dollars?

I have the complete correspondence via email with ZVN Properties to substantiate my position. I will be pleased to share it with NAMFS, if you are willing to back your ethical requirements as stated.


Is there anyone else on this blog with similar problems, and do you question the ethics of NAMFS, and their posture concerning unethical clients?

Its a shame what some of the companies I work for get away with!

I have not had any problems with them. The ladies are very polite and we have a very good working relationship with Default.
