There is not a great deal new to report especially as it relates to property preservation price increases. There will be a small bump in window boarding and that's about it. The major change that will impact the field is much more detail around securing swimming pools. Probably nothing new to most who have been following HUD guidelines but it's a good idea to check them out.
Otherwise, they have put more structure in place for utility transfers and bidding code violations for the servicers that will undoubtedly translate into more instructions on work orders. Be sure to read, and tell your crews to read, all work orders carefully.
